1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the slotvp website located at slotvp.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and slot games (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. slotvp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

Use of the slotvp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations. slotvp strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of slotvp, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the slotvp Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

slotvp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the slotvp Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one slotvp account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. slotvp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), slotvp is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address.
• Account Suspension: slotvp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the slotvp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: slotvp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at slotvp's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts that have completed KYC. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are set out in the applicable promotion's terms and conditions.
• Transaction Limits: slotvp reserves the right to impose transaction limits at any time, including for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

slotvp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• slotvp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, slotvp's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the slotvp Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets may only be placed by registered, logged-in players with sufficient cleared funds in their slotvp account wallet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• slotvp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, slotvp's records shall be the primary reference. For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC) shall be used to settle bets.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• slotvp reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any player at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotvp Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the slotvp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of slotvp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of slotvp.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotvp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.

slotvp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotvp account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

slotvp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. slotvp complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

slotvp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account dashboard.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting slotvp support.
• slotvp reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are signs of problem gambling behavior.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with slotvp informally by contacting our support team. slotvp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
